Codicil

A Codicil is a legal document used to make changes or amendments to an existing will without rewriting the entire will.

Please note: Notaries are not attorneys and therefore cannot draft legal documents. However, to better serve my clients, I recommend using LawDepot for affordable access to commonly used legal forms. This can help you save on the cost of hiring an attorney for basic document preparation.
